These terms apply to your use of fromtheboundary.com.au (the "site"), operated by Wynne Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 41 682 931 675) trading as From the Boundary, a Lodestone Nexus Group business. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Information on this site

Content on this site is general information about our products and services. It is not professional advice for your situation. Development content is general coaching material. It does not replace a qualified coach, and players should follow their club's and medical professionals' guidance on training load and injury.

3. Examples, tools and figures

Example figures, sample outputs, case scenarios and calculators on this site are illustrative. They are labelled as examples and are not results for any real client. Tools give an indicative reading only, based on the answers you enter.

4. Using the site

You may use the site for your own lawful purposes. You must not copy, scrape or resell its content or tools, try to disrupt the site, or use it to send unlawful or harmful material.

5. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, methods, models, frameworks, names, logos and designs, belong to Wynne Consulting Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use needs our written permission.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites, including other Lodestone Nexus Group businesses, those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, and subject to section 7, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, general information or tools on this site. Where our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the goods or services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

9. Buying from us

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST as shown. Orders, deliverables and any refunds are governed by the terms shown at checkout or in your written proposal, which form part of these terms. Our refund terms will be published here before orders open on 20 November 2026. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Digital products are licensed for use within your own organisation (or household, for family products). You may not resell or redistribute them.

Printed books are shipped to the address you give. Delivery times shown are estimates.

10. Changes

We may update the site and these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that State.
